| Tasting Note | eRobert Parker (WA) : 85/100 Neal Martin The 2015 Bourgogne La Chapelle Notre-Dame, which this year is totally barrel aged, has generous blackberry and raspberry scents on the fulsome nose. The palate is balanced, simple and rounded, perhaps missing come cohesion at first and yet there is sufficient acidity to avoid any blowsiness, whilst the dash of white pepper on the short finish is welcome. Wine Maker Tasting Note : Brilliant colour. Expressive aromatics of brilliant red fruits. Soft and fruity with a nice flesh. May be enjoyed young. |
