Dense and medium-bodied, with good acidity, vigor, and freshness, it will require patience. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2020 WS 91/100 Opulent aromas of plums, berries and green olives. Full-bodied, with vanilla, fruit flavors and lovely silky tannins. This is a caressing wine. Not as opulent as the 2000 but equally pleasing. Best after 2007.
