| Tasting Note | The wine has a fine pale straw color with a slightly golden hue. The nose, nicely concentrated and very fresh, reveals pleasant floral aromas of lilac and honeysuckle mingled with oaky notes that are not yet thoroughly integrated but highly refined and display touches of toast and vanilla. The attack, harmonious and well-balanced without being too powerful, elegantly combines an oak underlay with ripe peach and hazelnut flavors which, while still rather discreet, fill out nicely on the palate. This wine is characterized by subtlety and refinement rather than great concentration, with gentle flavors and distinct aromas. |
