| Tasting Note | Presents a flawless burnished copper colour. A lifted bouquet offers semi sweet scents of vanilla, honey and dried apricot while traces of clove and cinnamon emerge after several minutes aeration. The luxuriousness of the aroma is reflected in the mouth. A silky entry builds into an exceptionally soft, semi sweet profile that’s one part dates / one part fruit cake with a pleasantly spicy overlay. Becomes slightly drier as the oak influence enters, before concluding fairly sweet again with hints of vanilla, clove and caramel. |
