The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannins, a core of chalky black fruit and a touch of bell pepper just on the short, abrupt finish. Wine Make tasting Note : Sustained ruby colour, silky. Shows prominent aromatics of red and black fruits, morello cherries and spices in its youth; developing floral and jammy notes with age. Robust and elegant, racy and fruity with a solid and structured body, this wine opens after 3 to 5 years. |
