| Tasting Note | To the eye, white gold colour with green and silver tints. Gloss is brilliant. The foam is very delicate. The complex and opulent aromas have now reached maturity. The character of the Pinot Noir grapes delivers a range of very juicy, fruity aromas. Initial notes of brioche and honey appear, and a floral bouquet adds refinement to this divine nose. On the palate, can taste ripe pink grapefruit, tangerine and pear. Eventually, the taste fades on typical mineral notes and a wonderful balance. |
