| Tasting Note | The wine has a fine, pale gold color and a well-developed nose, ample and rich, displaying great freshness on aromas of citrus fruit, candied lemon peel and more exotic notes reminiscent of ripe pineapple. Very round and expressive on the palate, it reveals considerable aromatic power in a silky texture, mingling flavors of fruit preserves (quince, among others) with the appetizing elegance of vanilla and hints of toasted oak from the wood of the barrel. Already highly seductive, creamy smooth and full of flavor, it displays ideal harmony, while a powerful and substantial finish of considerable quality completes the perfect illustration of a very promising vintage. |
