| Tasting Note | Amber topaz with light reflection in color. Beautiful, complex, honey and spice tones form a subtle veil, behind which are ripe fruit, vegetables and dried fruit aromas develop, even some licorice and earthy tones. The scent of rose petals and mint tea underline the warm and Oriental character of the whiskey. Lively and concentrated aromas of ripe apple, pear and orange marmalade. The aromas of pepper and cinnamon go into sweet notes of mirabelle jam and also tones of pipe tobacco, bitter chocolate and malted grain. The finish is elegant with beautiful autumn scents of the forest with aromas of mushrooms, moss and chestnuts and also with the delicious smells of fermentation vats of a distillery where the aroma of beer and yeast from rising. |
