We offer FREE delivery on orders HK$1500 and above. Delivery locations are limited to one location per order. For orders that do not satisfy the HK$1500 minimum, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply.
⇒ Net purchase of less than HK$1500, then HK$200/location delivery charges shall apply.
⇒ Net purchase of HK$1500 or above; no delivery charges shall apply.
Delivery Service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon areas- only available for commercial & residential addresses.
***For All New Territories Area- HKD$100 per location additional shall need to apply eventhough min. purchase requirements are met

Delivery Service is not available to restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, airports ,ports or marinas.
Delivery service is not available if there is no authorized or legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated the delivery time.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us (www.cngwine.com, CNG Wine Shop, The Wine Depot Limited) immediately of any change to their delivery address/or scheduled delivery time. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
